Jim began his career in real estate sales in 1975, became a broker in 1980, a partner in the firm in the summer of 1991, and the sole owner of ERA FAIRFIELD REAL ESTATE in 2001. Specializing in the sale and appraisal of agricultural and commercial real estate, Jim is also a proficient auctioneer and was among Iowa's first Certified General Real Property Appraisers. Jim is one of 23 persons in the State of Iowa to possess the A.L.C. (Accredited Land Consultaant) designation as well as having earned the G.R.I. (Graduate, Realtor's Institute) designation. Jim and wife, Nancy, have three children and when time allows, enjoys golfing. |
