Experience ?that best describes my real estate capabilities. I am a full-time career REALTORŪ with over 28 years experience. Specializing in farm and land sales and appraisals, I hold an ALC (Accredited Land Consultant) degree and was the 1996 state president of the Iowa Farm and Land Institute. I have been in farm related business for 35+ years and in farm real estate since 1981.
Along with my ALC designation I also have my GRI (Graduate REALTORŪ Institute) and am an associate broker with Prohaska Realty. I am a member of both the Iowa and the National Association of REALTORSŪ, a past president of the North Central Iowa Board of REALTORSŪ, and a member of County Disaster Appraisal Board. I have served my community as president (twice) of the Garner Lions Club and president of the Garner Chamber of Commerce.
My wife, Sally, and I live in Garner, have 4 grown children, 10 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. |
