Member profile information:
Troy joined Hertz Farm Management and Real Estate Services in November 1999. He coordinates the Real Estate activities for the Mt. Vernon, Iowa office. Troy is an active member of several organizations, including the Iowa and National Association of Realtors, Iowa and National Realtors Land Institute (former Iowa president). He is also a member of the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers and the Cedar Rapids Board of Realtors. Troy has been recognized with the prestigious award of Iowa Farm and Land Broker of the Year in 2008. In 2005 Troy earned the Accredited Land Consultant Designation from the Realtors Land Institute. Prior to joining Hertz, Troy served as an Agricultural Loan Officer at Farmers & Merchants Savings Bank in Manchester, Iowa for nearly six years. Troy graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in Agricultural Business in 1993. He grew up on a livestock farm in northwest Iowa. |
