Matt Adams has been a land broker with Peoples Company since 2009 He has been focused on land brokerage, land auctions, and acquiring land management accounts. Matt grew up near Carroll, IA and attended the University of Northern Iowa, where he obtained majors in Finance and Real Estate. While in college, Matt walked on the UNI football team for two years before becoming actively involved with the Center for Real Estate Education, where he served as the President for Rho Epsilon; the program?s real estate club. Matt is a member of the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors, Realtors Land Institute, Iowa Commercial Real Estate Association, Carroll Young Professionals, and the Professional Developers of Iowa. Extracurricular responsibilities include serving on the Bondurant Economic Development Board, as the Executive Director of the Realtors Land Institute, active with the Granger Economic Development Board, and the originator of the Future Scholars Program through the Kuemper Catholic High School Foundation. Matt is well versed in handling transactions including all types of land, whether it is farmland, transitional farmland, recreational property, or acreages. Matt is currently licensed to sell real estate in the State of Iowa and primarily focuses on the areas of central, west central, and southwest Iowa. |
